How Long Does Delivery Take?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, it is processed. All the products you order will go through a quality check, then packed securely. Once your parcel has departed our centre, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
We are currently only accepting orders from New Zealand, Australia and North America. For delivery to other countries, please contact us first for shipping. The shipping time period differs and may be delayed - factors may include but not limited to: extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, current delays due to the pandemic etc.
We do not process orders on New Zealand Public holidays from our distribution centre. If you order on New Zealand Public holidays, please allow additional business days to process your order. The last day for Christmas delivery is the 10th of December
Weekends and all (New Zealand) Public holidays are not classed as a business day. All orders will be processed on the first available business day.
If a product needs to be placed on backorder to fulfil your request or is delayed beyond our control, we will notify you by email. If this occurs, you may have the option to request a refund for the affected items, depending on the situation.
During the major sale periods, you may experience delays in receiving your order. Whilst we endeavour to have this to you in the time frames stated, please accept our apology in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We will notify you of any delays or back ordered items via email.
What happens with Non-Delivery or Lost Parcels?
By accepting our terms, you agree to appoint the courier or postal service to be your agent for taking delivery of the products on your behalf. Delivery to the courier service shall be deemed delivery to you. However, if you require our assistance, please contact us, which we may be able to advise you further or initiate an investigation with the courier, on your behalf.
Customs, Taxes, Duties
Please be aware that deliveries outside of New Zealand may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees and extra charges for which the customer is responsible. Please contact your local customs office for more information or if you are unsure. Please be aware that shipping fees, taxes, customs duties and additional fees will not be refunded on orders, returns, or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, except where goods are deemed faulty, defective or incorrectly fulfilled (In which case please email or notify us within 7 days of delivery). Please note, when requesting a refund, additional fees such as handling may incur and will subsequently be deducted from your refund.
